The Diet Clerk is responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager.
Essential duties include distributing and collecting menus, assisting patients with menu selections in compliance with prescribed diets, and offering alternatives based on dietary needs and preferences.
