Job Summary
As part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings, you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way.
Your primary role will be to provide excellent customer service to our existing and future customers while looking for ways to continuously improve the way we do customer service in the business.
Work is performed largely in office and manufacturing environments, with hours generally during regular business hours but may vary according to special projects, deadlines, or other concerns.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
Manage customer orders, quotations, and invoicing
Maintain and update customer service and operational spreadsheets
Prepare, monitor, and distribute weekly backorder reports
Process warranty claims, credits, and RGA requests
Prepare commercial invoices and customs documents
Navigate and maintain accurate data within the ERP system
Collaborate effectively with internal teams

Continuous improvement of customer service
Support process improvements and change initiatives
Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on customer service experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions
Experience implementing and managing change within processes
Experience with Epicor iScala or other ERP systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and reliable with strong self-management skills
