Job Summary

  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients.
  • Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans and provides treatment for medically necessary speech therapy services addressing a patient's deficits in speech, language, cognition, voice and dysphagia in the home setting.
  • Communicates effectively with patient, family, physician, and other disciplinary team members regarding the patient status, progress, and needs.
