Job Summary

  • The Executive Director of Client Delivery plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring that client-facing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality and strategic alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams, aligning them with organizational goals, and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Champion the establishment of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to standardize best practices and cultivate deep subject matter expertise across key focus areas thereby developing talent pipelines within each COE to ensure sustainable growth, skill evolution, and leadership readiness.
