Job Summary

• The Case Manager is responsible for managing claims on behalf of our superannuation fund clients, including the distribution of death benefits and management of disablement claims such as Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Terminal Illness.
• This role ensures that members' funds are accessible in cases of disability before retirement and are appropriately distributed to beneficiaries upon death.
