Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or relevant fields
  • 15 years or above in commercial or contract management

  • Full Lifecycle Expertise (pre-contract and post-contract)
  • Proven ability to conduct forensic investigation
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (PSSCOC, NEC4)
  • Experience working with Singaporean agencies (PUB, HDB, LTA)
