Job Summary

  • You will be part of a team developing, deploying, and leading ECM performance activities, involved in leading continuous improvement projects aiming at improving the efficiency and maturity of the Crisis Management organisation.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a global Performance Management framework, developing and automating key Metrics & KPIs, preparing and running performance routines, monitoring the 3-year ECM strategy, and leading continuous improvement projects.
