Job Summary

• The Senior Director, Tech Capability Development is accountable for how Tech@Lilly builds, governs, and sustains technology capability at enterprise scale.
• This role focuses on clarity of ownership, governance, and impact, positioning GROW as a core people strategy lever that drives development, engagement, and retention across Tech@Lilly.
