Key Requirements
Degree or certification from accredited culinary arts institute
Five (5) years experience as Chef de Cuisine
Three (3) years experience in high-volume full-service food operation

Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, and HAACP
Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexible to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
