Key Requirements

  • Degree or certification from accredited culinary arts institute
  • Five (5) years experience as Chef de Cuisine
  • Three (3) years experience in high-volume full-service food operation
  • Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies
  • Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, and HAACP
  • Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexible to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
