Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency, while identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and identify industry trends to implement best practice in banking operations.

Key Requirements
7 - 9 years’ experience in trade-support, middle- office or operations functions
Degree or equivalent experience in Business/Finance studies
Strong understanding of end-to-end flows in structured and derivatives trading business
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Alteryx, Python, Macro VBA skills
