The Senior Sourcer will work with recruiting/hiring managers to fully understand their executive level needs and generate candidate leads utilizing passive resources and effectively screening candidates.
Builds executive talent pipelines through name generation across various markets and companies and gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent.
Represents JLL externally as a cultural steward with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships, creating a strong brand identity through the use of JLL’s social media platform.
