Job Summary
Responsible for supervising employees who maintain the integrity of the Water Distribution System and provide 24-hour/7-day per week/365 day per year call center and dispatch operations for water.
Provides supervisory oversight of the operation of distributing water service to City of Garland customers, including the 24/7 operation of SCADA system, dispatch, and after hours contact center.
Other duties include personnel selection, scheduling for 24/7 operations, performance evaluation, discipline and training.
