  • Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software systems
  • Experience with electrical harnessing standards and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work outdoors in all weather
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Python or MATLAB scripting and data analysis
  • Knowledge of instrumentation sensors like strain gauges and thermocouples
  • Familiarity with automotive electronics protocols such as CAN and Ethernet
  • Comfortable working in early-stage product development from zero to one
  • Deep understanding of low and high volume production manufacturing

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technician in autonomous, automotive, or aerospace industries
  • Proven ability to build and iterate quickly in product development stages
  • Willingness to climb ladders and maneuver around trucks for repairs
