Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of benefits rollouts in new and existing entities, adapting global policies to local statutory requirements.
Drive the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for new benefit vendors, overseeing technical and administrative transitions and managing enrollment cycles.
Partner closely with Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure benefits compliance and seamless payroll execution across different tax jurisdictions.
