Job Summary

• The Autotech Technical Trainer will deliver training to AutoCare and Major Account shop employees to increase automotive diagnostic skills and decrease comebacks and parts returns.
• This role involves developing training schedules, partnering with management to implement NAPA Autotech training programs, and assisting with marketing training events.

• ASE Master Technician Certification required
• Minimum 5 years' experience as working automotive technician
• Prior automotive/truck training experience
• Prior adult learning programs experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 70% travel required
• Ability to stand and talk for 4+ hours
