Job Summary

  • This role owns the strategy and execution of all digital touchpoints, including eCommerce, B2B eCommerce and third-party marketplaces, paid and organic media, social media, websites, influencers, and digital partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across digital marketing, media, social, and eCommerce functions, fostering a collaborative, creative, and accountable team culture.
  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Creative, DTC, IT, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns and manage agency relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience leading digital strategy in multi-brand, omnichannel environment
  • Expertise in digital media, eCommerce, social, content strategy, influencer marketing, and analytics
  • Strong understanding of martech tools and platforms
  • Experience in wine, beverage alcohol, or CPG industries is highly preferred
