This role serves as the main focal point for FHS customers requiring urgent component support under AOG and CRI priority to prevent aircraft grounding.
The position involves managing the entire end-to-end process from customer requests to monitoring shipments while adhering to strict contractual KPIs and airworthiness regulations.
Candidates must be flexible enough to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.

Key Requirements
Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of Civil Aviation Authority requirements and Export Control regulations
Proficiency in English with Mandarin or French as an added advantage
