Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
Experience with AS400 systems
Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Manage defect tracking and test outcomes
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Life Asia (LA) systems
Experience within the insurance domain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptable to change under tight timelines
Ability to communicate with technical stakeholders
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Application development or BA/SA experience preferred
