Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Must be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.

Key Requirements
Current, unencumbered, active LPN/LVN license
Current CPR certification
