Job Title: HR Recruiter (in-house) Location: Tampines Working Hours: 8 am - 5.30 pm Basic Salary upto $5500 Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave Responsibilities Managing end to end recruitment cycle from client management till onboarding. Design and implement overall recruiting strategies (including advisement job board/agencies/search firms). Acquiring top talent with the right competencies. Design goals and timelines to achieve recruitment turnaround time to ensure customer satisfaction and company priority. Screen, interview, and present applicants to the hiring management team; provide reference checks for qualified applicants. Organize & participate in job fairs or other outside activities. Act as a single point of contact for all recruitment/search agencies / temporary agencies. Conduct behavioral interview and basic interviewing techniques training to teams involved in the interviewing process. Provide leadership, coaching, and expertise to the hiring management team. Conduct exit interviews for all employees Requirements At least 4 years of recruitment experience overseeing end to end recruitment; preferably in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry. Ability to handle a high volume of work. Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Good knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodology. Knowledge of Excel V-lookup, Pivot, Outlook, database management, Flexibility: A willingness to meet job requirements above personal goals. Open-mindedness & positive attitude: A willingness to change as the position leads the way to new processes and changes. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Passion for HR and Recruitment Time & project management skills to handle multiple tasks. Degree or diploma holder, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field Possess SAP experience is an added advantage. Candidate experience in non-executive hiring is a plus. WO
