  • The Associate Director, Environmental Risk Management is responsible for leading and evolving a scalable environmental technical services program across the global asset lifecycle ensuring consistent technical standards for environmental due diligence, development and operations.
  • The successful incumbent would be working collaboratively with various business units including Investments, Legal, Asset Management, Property Management, Development, Leasing, Financing and other internal departments to navigate environmental risk and compliance management issues.

Key Requirements

  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional designation preferred
  • Experience with Building Condition, Phase I & II ESAs, Remediation/Risk Assessments, Hazardous Materials and Indoor Air Quality reports
  • Experience building or managing consultant programs and regulatory relationships
