Job Summary

  • Provide proactive, high-quality, flexible, and reliable administrative support to the Head of Global Clinical Supply (GCS) and assist with planning and support to the GCS Organization.
  • Develop and maintain internal SharePoint, Microsoft Teams Spaces, and Collaboration websites, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate special projects within the division.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and will receive a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Executive Administrative experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle simultaneous assignments
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex travel
  • SAP experience: Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, Payment Requests, Vendor Add Forms
