Perform advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.
Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion within CMMS.
