This role involves developing and managing processes for Chemical Vapor Infiltration and Chemical Vapor Deposition to produce ceramic matrix composites at RTX's Pratt & Whitney division.
The successful candidate will lead the strategy for comprehensive data collection and analysis to enable statistical process control and support robust process development.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens authorized to access information under this program/contract and possess strong analytical skills to optimize manufacturing recipes.

Salary
Base: $118,300 - $224,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off
