Job Summary

  • Be the operational-technological Business Partner of Turbo, acting as the main translator between the daily needs of the fulfillment operation and the Product teams.
  • Identify, understand, and prioritize the needs, frictions, and improvement opportunities of the entregadores/RTs operation through constant contact with operational teams, leadership, and data analysis.
  • Ensure that the implemented solutions are aligned with the strategic objectives of the business, maintaining a mindset of sustainable and scalable construction in the medium and long term.
