Create in-app communications for updates, best practices, and new features, planning message flows along the customer journey and segmenting communications by profile, behavior, and system usage.
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure clarity and consistency in product initiatives, and continuously measure and improve communications by tracking adoption, engagement, and usage metrics.
