The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with lifting, turning, moving, and transporting them into and out of beds or wheelchairs.
Staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality standards
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel

Key Requirements
