Firsthand experience as a Business Development Representative
Proven ability to build processes and frameworks from scratch
Strong coaching instincts for outbound prospecting teams
Experience operating in Latin American markets
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred

Key Requirements
BA/ MBA in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
Demonstrated experience in a BDR Manager or senior BDR leadership role
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
