Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems.
Candidates will be responsible for deploying the Integer Production System, leading Hoshin Planning processes, and coaching site leaders to avoid fire-fighting.

Base: $134,250 - $196,900; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance philosophy; Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 80 hours holidays
