Job Summary

• The Senior Manager, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional Global Services Procurement Source-to-Contract organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.
• This role oversees and manages activities relating to the development of the organization's strategic sourcing plan, from maintaining supplier relationships through executing contract negotiation, authoring and management activities.
• The position integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making while driving continuous improvements and supporting automation and AI initiatives.
