Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, career development, ensuring timely and expert customer support, and driving escalation and resolution of high impact customer issues.
The role also involves supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery excellence of customer training, and promoting AspenTech's training services as part of the global management team.
