** Johnson Matthey Catalysts GmbH is seeking a Real Estate Manager for its APAC operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on optimizing the company's real estate portfolio and involves coordination with third-party suppliers, acquisition of properties, and management of legal matters across the region. **

Job Summary

  • As the Real Estate Manager-APAC you will focused on optimising the APAC portfolio (currently 12 Freeholds & 21 Leaseholds reflecting 25%-27% of JM’s Global Portfolio, predominantly a mixture of Manufacturing and Office uses together with third-party Warehouse occupations) to meet the current and future needs of Johnson Matthey in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Your goal / purpose will be to develop real estate solutions in response to future occupational requirements, effectively managing JM’s real estate assets in collaboration with stakeholders from across all JM Business Units.
