Job Summary

• The Order to Cash – Global Process Transformation Lead will be leading the Order to Cash Foundation programme designed to drive standardisation and simplification of OTC process, policy, data and operating model by establishing global common standards and ways of working.
• The program is aimed at delivering benefits such as 15–45% reduction in Sales Admin Effort, 0 – 1 Days DSO Reduction, Streamlined Customer Experience, 30–50% Reduction in Cycle Time, 8–10% GBO Efficiency Gain, and Improved business and user experience.
