The Executive Director of Engineering and Operations is responsible for the successful management of Engineering and Operations (E&O), including directing the Planning, Design & Construction team for all construction and remodel projects.
The department is responsible for the maintenance and operations of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm Systems, Preventative Maintenance, Grounds, Energy Management, and Minor Renovation Projects for 5M square feet with a combined annual operating budget exceeding $12M.
