Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lead local workshops for client onboarding
Coordinate system testing phases including SIT
Manage transition from project to BAU operations
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Prepare hypercare period and go-live support
Nice-to-have
Experience in Strada systems and tools
Strong English communication skills required
Additional language proficiency highly beneficial
Microsoft and Smartsheet usage experience
Background in PY-HR work preferred
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant expertise
1-2 years back knowledge in PY-HR work
Current work authorization in the employing country without visa sponsorship
