Must-have

  • Coordinate system testing phases including SIT
  • Manage transition from project to BAU operations
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
  • Prepare hypercare period and go-live support

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Strada systems and tools
  • Strong English communication skills required
  • Additional language proficiency highly beneficial
  • Microsoft and Smartsheet usage experience
  • Background in PY-HR work preferred

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant expertise
  • 1-2 years back knowledge in PY-HR work
  • Current work authorization in the employing country without visa sponsorship
