Job Summary
The ME Execution Lead Engineer will play a key role in supporting specialty and low-volume programs by developing and refining manufacturing processes, designing and integrating equipment and tooling, and overseeing installation through steady state operation.
Lead all new programs and launches, model changes, and current production activities within the assigned area, defining scope and requirements for processes, tooling, materials, workstation setup, and facility needs.
This position requires eligibility to access classified information at the Secret U.S. Security Clearance level for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

3+ years of experience in automation, tooling, and installation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with Global Launch Process and Vehicle Development Process
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Material Strategies
Eligible to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance after hire
