Job Summary

  • The Labor Relations specialist is responsible for providing legal and social expertise to ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreement and company agreement in the site.
  • Partner with HR Client Leader in preparing, facilitating / leading meetings with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, and commissions).
  • Conduct legal research to secure the company’s positions in labor relations discussions and ensure compliance of HR practices with labor law and applicable collective agreement.
