Job Summary
The Labor Relations specialist is responsible for providing legal and social expertise to ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreement and company agreement in the site.
Partner with HR Client Leader in preparing, facilitating / leading meetings with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, and commissions).
Conduct legal research to secure the company’s positions in labor relations discussions and ensure compliance of HR practices with labor law and applicable collective agreement.
