Job Summary

  • You are responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines and analyzing sales to optimize results.
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team in-store, and ensuring all procedures, routines, and legal requirements are followed.
