Must-have
8+ years relevant security experience
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Experience managing CPSOs, CSSOs or FSOs
Thorough knowledge of NISPOM regulations
Experience briefing large audiences on security status
Deep knowledge of ICD 705 physical security requirements
Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information programs
Nice-to-have
Polygraph preferred qualification
Current Industrial Security Certification FSO, CPSO or CSSO
Established relationships with government entities across the IC
Member of Security Organizations like ISWG or NCMS
Experience training personnel on Standard Operating Procedures
Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6 years
Minimum 6-8 years leading CPSOs, CSSOs or FSOs
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Polygraph preferred
Experience with SCIF Buildouts from start to finish
