10+ years in Technology or Operational Risk
Experience with SRE and Platform Engineering

Expertise in designing scalable technology controls
Knowledge of AI/ML and Responsible AI frameworks

Understanding of NIST, ISO, CPS 230/234 frameworks
Experience with data-driven decision making
Ability to coach teams on proactive risk identification
Background in simplifying complex risk processes
Familiarity with Global Service Management (GSM)
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
Minimum 10+ years experience in Technology, Cyber, or Operational Risk
Professional certifications like CISA, CRISC, CIPT, or CISM preferred
Proven ability to operate in complex matrixed banking environments
