This role leads a team of up to 35 technicians in the manufacturing of sophisticated tactical unmanned aerial systems for US and allied forces.
The position requires balancing uncompromising safety and quality standards (AS9100/OSHA) with strategic workflow coordination to hit critical delivery milestones.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years aviation production experience
3+ years leadership experience
AS9100 and OSHA compliance knowledge
ERP/MRP system proficiency
Composite and mechanical assembly supervision
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma certification
Airframe and Power Plant License
Collaborative team leadership style
Experience with STUAS programs
High-energy results-driven approach
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years aviation experience
Minimum 3 years leadership experience
US Person under ITAR definition
Airframe and Power Plant License preferred
