Lead, coach, and develop team members, managing workload and resources to meet program timing and deliverables.
Partner cross-functionally with Studio, Product, Engineering, Die Program Management, suppliers, and manufacturing plants to achieve cost, quality, and timing targets.
Drive continuous improvement by ensuring lessons learned and technical feedback are applied across the commodity and leading Design & Build Team execution from engineering through production.
