  • Be the face of exceptional client service by supporting Miami-Dade County Public Schools employees onsite to help them navigate their benefits confidently.
  • Work closely with Client Managers and Client Service Executives to deliver engaging enrollment presentations and support employee education and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products, programs, and services to effectively articulate and demonstrate Cigna’s capabilities and tools in the marketplace.
