Job Summary

  • The Building Worker is responsible for completing janitorial duties and minor maintenance across a diverse portfolio of city wide parks facilities.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and on weekends.

Key Requirements

  • Certification in Building Services Work (BSW)
  • Experience in building care, cleaning and maintenance
  • Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Five-year ICBC Commercial Driver’s Abstract and Driver’s Claims History
  • WHMIS preferred
