Job Summary

• The Operations DX/AI & Transformation Office is a newly established team responsible for supporting Operations to enhance productivity and will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, safety & soundness.
• The role will leverage tools such as business process reengineering (BPR), a broad range of digitalisation (DX) tools including automation, OCR, document management, artificial intelligence and workflow solutions.
• We are seeking an experienced DX & AI Delivery Specialist with broad skills including strong business analysis and extensive experience in low code platforms to build solutions for Operations, in collaboration with partners across the business.
