Job Summary

  • The Indirect Loan Officer processes vehicle loan applications submitted by indirect program participants from time of application through decisioning.
  • Serves as first point of contact to handle dealer and member inquiries as they relate to all aspects of the indirect lending program.
  • Cross-trained to verify documentation for completeness by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors and fund applications.
