Job Summary

  • This hybrid role will be based in the Philippines and focus on support of 8x8 products and carrier services within North America and some international countries.
  • Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with telecommunication and network providers, collaborating with internal teams, provisioning services, managing escalations, and analyzing data to develop best practices.
  • The work arrangement includes US Hours and a hybrid schedule with onsite work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the BGC, Taguig Office.
