Job Summary
Provides expert content and professional leadership on complex AEP and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation projects.
Configure and implement Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for new and existing Evernorth, Cigna, and Health Services digital properties.
Setup and configure AEP Data Collection (Data Streams, Tags, Event Forwarding, Monitoring), APIs, Connections (Source and Destinations), Data Management (Schemas, Datasets), and Privacy Policies.
