Job Summary
UOB’s AI & Data Risk Governance & Control function oversees AI risks enterprise-wide to ensure AI systems are secure, fair, explainable, and well-governed throughout their lifecycle.
The role involves establishing bank-wide independent validation requirements for AI/ML models, operationalizing MAS FEAT principles, and conducting deep reviews of AI models and data architectures.
The position requires partnering with multiple internal teams and external bodies, managing a team of AI risk specialists, and briefing senior management and board risk committees.

Key Requirements
10-15 years AI or data governance experience
University degree in quantitative field
Certifications in AI ethics, model risk, cybersecurity preferred
Mastery of statistical inference and experimental design
Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning
