Base: $125,000 - $150,000; Bonus/Equity: production bonus + Medical Director Stipend + DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program; Benefits: 401k retirement savings plan with company match, CE allowance, paid licenses and professional dues, relocation assistance, sign on bonuses

Key Requirements
